How Our Rubber Parts Are Made
Molded rubber parts are produced by compression molding and vulcanization, curing raw rubber under heat and pressure into a finished part, sometimes bonded to a metal sleeve or insert for mounting applications.
Choosing the Right Material
NBR resists oil exposure well and suits engine and suspension environments. EPDM handles outdoor UV and weathering. Silicone tolerates a wider temperature range. Tell us your operating environment and we'll recommend a compound.
