RJ Spring maintains an in-house tool room for the design, machining, and upkeep of injection molds, stamping dies, jigs, and fixtures. Building our own tooling keeps quality under our control and shortens lead times for new and repeat production runs.
Our molds and dies produce the plastic and metal parts we manufacture, while jigs and fixtures hold parts accurately during forming, welding, and assembly for consistent, repeatable results.
